K-ZAP will air detailed instructions about how to enter for a drawing to win prizes — for example, send an email or "like" a Facebook post and leave a comment. On-air announcements will usually include three or four requirements:
- Platform — email, Facebook.
- Contest subject — tickets, events, etc.
- Identification — so we can contact you. For Facebook, leave a comment so we can get back to you.
- Cut-off date for entries.
Winners are picked from the eligible entries using a random number generator. Some repeat winners may be disqualified at the discretion of K-ZAP management. Ticket access varies.
Options include: Will Call, Paper Tickets, Electronic Tickets (sometimes these are transferred well after the giveaway but well before the show).
We reserve the right to exclude multiple entries from the same person and frequent or recent winners from the pool of applicants for any giveaway.
