Beatles for Sale: that isn't just the name of the Fab Four's 1964 English LP.

No, no, no!

It also describes this free to the public, 2-day celebration of MediumRare BeatleFest '26, being held at MediumRare Records (1104 R St., Sacramento, in the WAL Public Market) on Saturday, October 10th, and Sunday, October 11th, from 11am to 5pm.

Yeah, yeah, yeah!... to borrow a Beatle-ism.

Highly regarded as one of Sacramento's best record stores, MediumRare Records will feature a spectacular array of Beatles-related items for sale. This includes not only Beatles LPs, CDs, and 45s, but also rare, authentic Beatles collectibles and memorabilia, including promo materials, books, magazines, and a range of special rarities.

There will be exhibits of some of the country's rarest items, including autographs, toys, and some of the world's rarest Beatles records, the famous Beatles "Butcher Cover," lunch pails, Remco Dolls, the Flip Your Wig game, and much, much more.

"I've been collecting Beatles vinyl and memorabilia since 1968 and feel it's time to share some of our collection with new generations as well as collectors. We intend to make over 600 individual pieces of Beatles vinyl and memorabilia available at prices that everyone can afford. We want to share the legacy of The Beatles with all the generations that grew up with them and with all of those generations that have come after. We will also celebrate John Lennon's birthday on October 9th. We even have a staff member named Lennon!"

--Marty DeAnda, Owner, MediumRare Records

MediumRare Records and Collectibles began humbly in 2009 as a few scattered listings on eBay. Marty DeAnda began selling a few pieces of his personal vinyl, memorabilia, and autograph collection as a diversion from his day-to-day duties as owner of DIG Music. Over the next year, purging his overstock from bedroom closets became a regular routine, and eventually the eBay store MediumRare Records & Collectibles was born.

After trying a number of locations, in 2015 he settled into his final home at The WAL Public Market, located in the beautiful WAL Building at 1104 R Street in midtown Sacramento. In a museum-like atmosphere, MediumRare Records now houses a restored, 50-year-old jukebox, and a large selection of new and vintage vinyl, cassettes, and collectibles, from the '50s through the '90s.
