A full day of folk, Americana, bluegrass, and acoustic music in the heart of Fair Oaks Village, with local vendors, food, and beverages. The free outdoor festival runs through the afternoon on the Plaza and Bandshell stages. The day ends with a reserved-seat concert under the stars at the renovated Veterans Memorial Amphitheater.

Raye Zaragoza opens at 7:30 p.m. The Los Angeles folk/indie singer-songwriter is known for close-harmony writing and a clear, story-driven voice. NPR has called her “one of the most fresh and compelling voices in folk music today.” Her albums include Fight For You, Woman in Color, and Hold That Spirit. She first drew wide attention with the Standing Rock protest song “In the River,” and later songs such as “He Calls Me River” and “Lost With You.” Zaragoza is also a songwriter for Netflix’s Spirit Rangers and has performed as Tiger Lily in the Broadway revival of Peter Pan.
Michael Glabicki and The Uprooted Trio headline. Glabicki is the lead singer, songwriter, and guitarist of Rusted Root, the Pittsburgh band whose 1994 platinum single “Send Me On My Way” appeared in Matilda, Ice Age, Rick and Morty, and New Girl. While Rusted Root is on hiatus, Glabicki tours with Uprooted, playing reworked versions of the band’s folk-and-world catalog alongside new material. The Trio format is the more intimate version of that project—Glabicki with longtime Rusted Root guitarist Dirk Miller and an additional player—built for outdoor amphitheater shows rather than a full festival-stage band.

Local and regional acts play through the afternoon. Announced outdoor performers include Misner & Smith, The Alex Lucero Band, Caltucky, Natalie Hagwood, Lindsay Cheek, Boca do Rio, and Neil. Northern California duo Misner & Smith open on the Bandshell Stage around 1:00 p.m.

The Venue The festival uses the newly renovated Fair Oaks Performing Arts Center and Village Park, a multi-stage campus that reopened in 2025 after a major rebuild of the historic village green.
The Veterans Memorial Amphitheater is an outdoor venue with seating for about 475, ADA access, lighting and sound, concessions, and box office support. Beer, wine, and light snacks are sold at select events. It sits next to Village Park and the Fair Oaks Clubhouse, a short walk from shops and restaurants in Fair Oaks Village.
