Louisiana swamp blues master Tab Benoit brings his gritty, soulful sound to Quarry Park Amphitheatre for a special Soul of the Swamp show! Born in Houma, Louisiana, Tab grew up surrounded by Cajun and blues influences. He developed a powerful, raw guitar style and leathery vocals that blend Delta blues, Chicago blues, and swampy Bayou soul. A longtime champion for coastal wetlands preservation, Tab delivers high-energy performances packed with authentic Louisiana flavor and heartfelt storytelling.
Joining Tab are two bands that are regular staples on K-ZAP: Tommy Castro, the award-winning California blues and R&B guitarist and vocalist known for his soul-drenched, rocking style and decades of electrifying live shows, and The Zac Schulze Band, the high-energy blues-rock trio from the UK whose new release is phenomenal and brings fresh, hard-hitting energy to the stage.
