The Wallflowers bring their timeless roots rock and heartfelt songwriting to Quarry Park Amphitheatre! Formed in Los Angeles in 1989 by frontman Jakob Dylan, the band rose to prominence in the mid-1990s with their breakthrough album Bringing Down the Horse. Blending rock, folk, and alternative influences, The Wallflowers crafted a signature sound built on strong melodies, thoughtful lyrics, and driving rhythms.
Jakob Dylan, the son of legendary musician Bob Dylan, serves as the principal songwriter and lead vocalist. The band is best known for enduring hits like “One Headlight,” “6th Avenue Heartache,” “The Difference,” and “Three Marlenas.” With multiple Grammy Awards and a career spanning over three decades, The Wallflowers continue to deliver powerful live performances that honor their rich catalog while showcasing their ongoing evolution as a band.
